It is a single-family house located on a terrain with a steep slope in which there are two terraces for the implantation of two buildings, which in turn are connected by a bridge and stairs.

Scope | Solutions

• The buildings were designed in reinforced concrete with special frames at the moment oriented in the two main orthogonal directions and a system of direct foundations joined by strut beams.

• A retaining wall was designed between the two terraces supported on a running footing and considering the stresses from the ground and the surface overload generated by the house located on the upper terrace.
