The CCC house constitutes a unique design in which different volumes are integrated into various environments while maintaining a distinctive personality. Several conceptual alternatives for the structure were developed that offered the options that best fit the creative vision of the architect and the demands of the owner.
A post-tensioned virendel cantilever beam was designed located on the first level along one of the main axes of the house, which would serve to support the indicated area and its roof. It was sized to restrict the vertical deflection at its end and a vibration study was carried out.
