Through this collaborative design development, a vision is provided that takes into account local needs and reflects the collective aspirations of the environment, within which are, in addition to the radio station facilities, the search for spaces of meeting and recreation.
The structure is conceived through a geometry that connects the sea with the land, inviting people to enjoy the public space through sloping steps that rise to the top of the recording studios. The roof is generated by a set of planes that intersect with varying slopes and suspended on an irregular structure supported on inclined posts. A rigorous design is carried out in response to wind stress in order to give the necessary rigidity to the structure, controlling vibrations in acceptable ranges without deviating from the designed concept of lightness. A system of deep foundations consisting of micropiles is adopted.
