It is a two-level single-family residence designed with reinforced concrete in a mountainous area of ​​the city of Caracas. ​It is required to design a functional structure that adapts to the dimensions established in the architectural project.

It is a building with a regular two-level structure and is designed in reinforced concrete arranged in orthogonal axes and formed by special moment frames in its two main directions. The floor systems are composed of solid slabs supported on beams. Due to the low bearing capacity of the soil, a system of deep foundations with 12 m piles working per tip and per shaft was adopted.
