Structural design of a double-height single-family residence in a metal structure. Additionally, retaining walls, a swimming pool and a tennis court were built. The second level has a composite mixed slab. The earthquake-resistant system is formed by concentric bracing according to local standards (COVENIN 1618) and in accordance with AISC 360 and 341.
